Best Buddies Indiana is hosting the Friendship Focus Conference, formerly known as Local Leadership Day, on Saturday February 6, 2010 at Decatur Central High School.
Best Buddies Indiana high school and college chapter members are invited to attend this training day that will offer workshops on officer leadership development, the "R-Word Campaign," forming quality Best Buddies friendships, and fundraising.
There will also be a workshop at the conference for Best Buddies participants who have intellectual and developmental disabilities. In addition, students will have a chance to reconnect with members of other chapters and brainstorm new ideas together.
